Getting started
Does GhostVerb remove AI watermarks?+
Yes, both kinds. Hidden characters (invisible spaces, tag characters, look-alike letters) are stripped out. Watermarks hidden in the wording itself, like Google's SynthID, are removed because every sentence is rewritten. Works on text from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot and other AI tools.
Will the rewrite still sound like me?+
Yes, that is the default. The "Your voice" style matches your tone, word choice and spelling, and filters out typical AI words like "delve" or "leverage". Want a different tone? Pick Formal, Casual, Academic, Simple or Creative.
Is there a free tool?+
Yes, the free hidden character checker. It finds and removes invisible characters in your browser. It does not change the wording, so it can\x27t remove watermarks hidden in the words; a full rewrite does that.
Will rewritten text pass AI detectors?+
We can't promise that, and no honest tool can: detectors are inconsistent and change often. What you get is natural, fully rewritten text with no hidden characters. Please use it only on text you have the right to use.
How is a task billed?+
1 credit per 100 words, rounded up (minimum 1). You see the exact cost before you start, and failed rewrites are refunded automatically.
Rewriting
Do you send my text to other AI companies?+
No. Rewrites run on our own private model. Your text never goes to OpenAI, Google, Anthropic or any other AI company.
Will the meaning change?+
No. Every fact, name, number and quote is kept; only the wording changes. Still, always read important text before you use it.
Do credits expire?+
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them.
What is the difference between Light, Balanced and Deep?+
Light rephrases each sentence but keeps the order. Balanced rebuilds most sentences. Deep rewrites everything from scratch.
How long can my text be?+
Up to 5,000 words when you paste text, or 15,000 selected words in an uploaded document.
Can I upload a Word document?+
Yes. Upload a Word document (.docx) or a text file, pick the paragraphs to rewrite, and download the same file back. Fonts, colours, layout, links, images and tables stay exactly as they were. PDFs aren't supported yet: save them as Word first.
Which languages are supported?+
Most major languages. The rewrite stays in the language you wrote in, and works best in English and the main European and Asian languages.
Why did my first rewrite take longer?+
The first rewrite after a quiet spell can take up to two minutes to start. After that, rewrites take seconds.
Privacy & security
Do you keep my text?+
Only so you can see it in your history. It is encrypted, deleted automatically after 30 days, and you can delete it yourself at any time.
Is my text used to train AI?+
No, never. Your text is rewritten, returned to you, and that is it.
How do I protect my account?+
Use a unique password and turn on two-factor authentication under Security in your dashboard.

Billing
What payment methods do you accept?+
Cryptocurrency: USDT · BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), USDT · TRON (TRC20), USDT · Polygon, USDC · Solana, Litecoin (LTC), Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin (BTC). Credits are added automatically once the network confirms your payment.
Can I get a receipt?+
Yes. Every purchase emails a receipt, and you can view or print receipts any time from Billing.
What happens if a rewrite fails?+
You get the credits back automatically, and the refund shows in your credit activity.
Can I get a refund on unused credits?+
Yes, within 14 days of purchase if you have not used them. Just contact us. Crypto refunds go to a wallet you provide, for the USD value you paid, minus network fees.
