These Terms govern your use of GhostVerb (the "Service"), provided by GhostVerb ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service rewrites text you submit using AI language models. Output is generated automatically and may contain errors or change nuances of meaning. You are responsible for reviewing output before you use it.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password, recovery codes and API keys secure.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the text you submit and to the output generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to process your text solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train models. You confirm you have the right to submit any text you upload.
4. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate it.
5. Credits, payments and refunds
- Credits are purchased in advance through our payment processors (cryptocurrency) and consumed per rewrite at the price shown before each task.
- Crypto payments are credited once the full amount shown at checkout arrives and is confirmed on the network. Underpayments are not credited automatically; contact us to settle them. Funds sent in another coin or on another network may be unrecoverable. Network fees are paid by the sender and are not refundable.
- Credits for tasks that fail, time out or are cancelled are refunded to your balance automatically.
- Purchased credits do not expire and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- You may request a refund of an unused credit pack within 14 days of purchase. Where consumer law grants you additional rights, those rights apply.
- Chargebacks or refunds of a payment remove the related credits from your balance.
6. API
API access is subject to rate limits and these Terms. Do not share keys publicly or attempt to circumvent limits or billing.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On deletion, your data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
